They say you can naturalize if you lived in Japan for more than 3 years after his birth in Japan.

That said;
"And had no nationality, because at the time of birth"

This is for children who have no nationality to help. I assume you already have citizenship?

You're making me confused.
Would you like to become naturalized a U.S. citizen and at the same time you are in Japan?

Or do you think it is easier to obtain U.S. citizenship if "Japanese", then they want to become naturalized in Japan, and then a U.S. citizen who later, it seems unlikely that the people of Pakistan for a U.S. citizens?

If they do not know the reason Japan is not allowed to have dual citizenship.

So, once they have naturalized in Japan to their Pakistani nationality.
And if you get U.S. citizenship, you must get rid of Japanese nationality under Japanese law.

I andArisen feel happy when you answer that you want to hear (like "Yes, you heard right ..." and so and so.)

But that is not so simple.
Life is harder than you think.

And please, read again and again their answers to previous questions.
He seems to understand what others are saying in the past, because you make the same kinds of questions ...

Sorry to burst your bubble, but no.

Have you read Article 8?
He said:
(4), were born in Japan and has no nationality at birth and had a residence in Japan for three consecutive years or more since then.

I know this is not true, parents and the Pakistanis now living in another country.

So do not miss Section 8
-------------------------------------- ...
Unless one parent is a Japanese, do not do that.

(1) If at the time of his birth, is the parent company of Japanese nationality;
(2) When the father died before the birth of the child Japanese nationality at the time of his death;
(3) or where both parents are not knownnot possess r if the child is born in Japan.

No. 3 is already created by other bodies, you're not a Japanese citizen, nor his parents.

------------
Article 6, with 3 years should be read carefully. I mean, he is "currently residing in Japan." You are not in Japan right now, so it is not resident in Japan. § 6 does not apply to you.
------------

In the End:
They fall under Article 5

That means they have to wait like everyone else.
